Mr. Uluk Kydyrbaev is a member of the Regulatory Impact Assessment Working Group under the Eurasian Economic Commission. He is Founder and CEO of the Analytical Center BizExpert that advocates for a favorable business and investment environment in the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously, Mr. Kydyrbaev chaired the National Alliance of Business Associations, the largest umbrella business organization in the Kyrgyz Republic that unites 70 business associations. In the past, from 2007 to 2014 Mr. Kydyrbaev served as CEO of the Chamber of Tax Consultants, a professional association of tax experts aimed at promoting tax literacy among entrepreneurs, and from 2006 to 2013 as CEO of the Bishkek Business Club, an association that unites influential local business leaders striving to develop the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Kydyrbaev has extensive experience for the international private and development organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Kydyrbaev holds a Jurisprudence Specialization from the Kyrgyz National University (2004).
