Ms. Xeniya Rogan is a Principal Banker of Energy and Natural Resources in the Russia and Central Asia team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Kazakhstan Residence Office in Almaty. She previously served as a Deputy Head of Russian Project Finance and Subsidiary Companies and as a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance, in JSC "Kazkommertsbank.” Ms. Rogan holds an MA with specialization in International Finance from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University as a Muskie Fellow (2005) and a BA in International Economics from Kazakh State University (2002).
