Khurshid Kholov is an executive at Alcon, leading eyecare company in the world, where he is responsible for Global Strategy and Operations across company's Surgical and Vision Care Franchises, including product innovation, expansion, and acquisitions across the globe. Prior to Alcon, he was a partner at Bain & Company, one of the world’s leading consulting firms. At Bain he advised Fortune 100 companies’ C-suite in their strategy and overall business improvement engagements. Previously Mr. Kholov has held multiple senior positions across Private Equity, Advisory and Investment firms across US and Emerging Markets. He has extensive experience in Strategy, M&A advisory, and Private Equity in the US and frontier emerging markets.
Mr. Kholov holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with majors in Finance and Management (2014), a BBA from the School of Business Management, Tashkent State Technical University (2004) and a BBA from Francis Marion University, South Carolina (2003).
