Deputy Chairman of the State Investment Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Previusly he was the CEO of Samina Project, an IT based company developing an online marketplace for connecting local professionals with customers. Prior to joining Samina Project, from 2014-16 he served as the Executive Director of Uzinfoinvest State Investment Promotion Agency. From 2010-14, Mr. Kudratov served as a Counsellor on Trade and Economic Affairs at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the United States. From 2003-10, Mr. Kudratov worked at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan, where he held various positions from junior officer to head of a department. Mr. Kudratov holds an MA in International Relations and World History from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (2006) and a BS in Business Administration from Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan (2002).
