Ms. Ekaterina Gvelesiani is the Chairperson and Founder of Data Research, Analysis and Planning Center and a Board Member of the Atlantic Council of Georgia. She is also in hospitality business as a Partner at E.G. Holding and owner of a hotel in Svaneti, Georgia. Ms. Gvelesiani worked at the National Security Council (NSC) as an advisor to the Deputy Secretary and as the Deputy Director of the Defense and National Security Policy Department in 2011-2014. Previously she worked as Marketing Manager at Tbilisi Aircraft Manufacturing Company, as Assistant International Affairs Manager at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Kliniken in Germany and as Assistant Branch Manager at Credit Agricole in France. Ms. Gvelesiani holds an MBA in Hospitality from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland (2020), MSc in International Management from Superior Institute of International Commerce in France (2009) and a BA in Business Administration from the Caucasus School of Business (2007).Gvelesiani holds an MA in International Management from Superior Institute of International Commerce in France (2009) and a BA in Business Administration from the Caucasus School of Business (2007). In 2017 she completed a joint program of Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law and the Economic Policy Research Center’s Leadership Academy for Development.
