Nurjemal Jalilova

Ms. Nurjemal Jalilova is a Program Analyst on economic diversification, governance and inclusive growth at the UNDP Country Office in Turkmenistan. Her portfolio includes analysis of political, social and economic trends and providing policy advice and recommendations. Ms. Jalilova has over 15 years of experience in designing and implementing reforms in the fields of social and economic development, including public finance management, external debt management, financial sector development, social protection schemes, macroeconomic analysis and planning, accounting and audit, private sector development, public administration, institutional development, HIV/AIDS and gender mainstreaming in development programs. She has hands-on experience in the management, coordination and implementation of bilateral/multilateral donor programs and projects. Ms. Jalilova holds an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of Antwerp, Belgium (2003) and a BA in Economics and Law from Turkmen State University in Ashgabat (2000). She also participated in the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota (2013-2014).
