Mr. Nurlan Kyshtobaev is a partner at GRATA Law Firm, a legal consulting firm with 26 years of experience in Central Asia and the Caucasus. Mr. Kyshtobaev manages the firm’s offices in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan representing a wide range of domestic and international corporations. Prior to joining GRATA Law Firm, he was a legal associate in the London office of the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, where he advised bankers on lending, including direct investments in the EBRD countries of operation (Central and Eastern Europe, CIS, Turkey and Mongolia) across different sectors and types of borrowers. Mr. Kyshtobaev also served as an Independent Non-Executive Board Member of Centerra Gold Inc., a Canadian-based gold mining and exploration company involved in exploration, development, acquisition and operations of gold mines in North America, Asia and other markets worldwide. He also has experience working for American law firms including Chadbourne & Parke and Latham & Watkins. Mr. Kyshtobaev holds an MA in Legal Studies from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (2007).
