Ms. Khilola Muminova is the Director and Co-founder of Business Development Group (BDG), a consultancy company and a business school, which has been accredited by the UK’s Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2017. Ms. Muminova is also a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Uzbekistan and represents the interests of the Ministry of National Education of Uzbekistan in vocational education as consultant (2018). From 2012-15 she served as a Training Coordinator for Central Asia and the Caucasus and an HR Business Partner in British American Tobacco Uzbekistan. Previously she served as a financial analyst at AFS Research, conducting due diligence and developing feasibility studies for client companies. Ms. Muminova holds a BA in Business Administration from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (2003).
