Mr. Fuad Karimov is a Director of Professional Support Services LLC, the largest shared services center in Azerbaijan providing financial reporting and taxation services. He is also an adjunct lecturer in Finance, Accounting and Project Managementat ADA University. Previously, from 2016-18, Mr. Karimov served as the Chief Administrative Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of GILAN Holding, one of the largest private organizations in the country that operates in highly diversified sectors of the economy, including banking, insurance, hospitality, agriculture, consumer goods, construction and development, retail, property management, and manufacturing. Prior to joining GILAN Holding, from 1998-2016, Mr. Karimov worked at KPMG LLP in Azerbaijan, Russia, Germany and the United States, where he managed projects in more than 20 countries focusing on IPO, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, valuation and due diligence. Mr. Karimov holds an MSc in Technology Management from Columbia University in New York (2013), an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago (2011), aBSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (2010), and a BA in Legal Regulation of the Economy from Baku Western Caspian University (1999). In 2010-11 he was an exchange student atHong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Tel Aviv University andWHU-Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany.
