Mr. Giorgi Arveladze is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ubique, a Tbilisi based real estate development firm currently building a gated community, Krtsanisi Residence, in a historic part of Tbilisi. He is also the Owner of GD Invest Group LTD. Prior to going into private business, from 2007-9, Mr. Arveladze served as the Chairman of the Georgian National Communications Commission, a national regulatory body of broadcasting and electronic communications. Previously, from 2006-7, he served as Head of General Inspection at the Ministry of Defense of Georgia and from 2005-6 as Head of General Inspection of Georgian Railway LLC. Mr. Arveladze also does a lot of advocacy work for reconciliation and building trust between communities divided as a result of conflicts in Georgia. He is a co-producer of the documentary film, “Russian Lessons,” which premiered at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival and has been nominated for awards at several prestigious international film festivals. Mr. Arveladze holds an MBA in Management and Consulting from the Grenoble Ecole de Management and the Caucasus School of Business (2009) and an MBA from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (2005).
