Ms. Maral Ilyasova is an appraisement expert in valuation of real estate, moveable property and business at the Appraisal Company “Turkmen Expert” ES. Her professional focus is on business appraisement, which includes financial analyses, determining investment risks, giving prognoses and recommendations for enterprise efficiency, and consulting on overcoming business issues. Previously Ms. Ilyasova worked as a manager in international construction companies, “RönesansTürkmenInşaatSanayiveTicaret A.Ş.” and “VINCI,” and atan international oil and gas company “Morinzhgeologia.” Ms. Ilyasova is a member of the Union of Economists of Turkmenistan (accountants and appraisers departments) and is also an alumna of the Freedom Support Act Future Leaders Exchange Program Scholarship (FLEX, 2003). Ms. Ilyasova holds an MA in Enterprise and Business Appraisement from the National Research University in St. Petersburg, Russia (2016), an MA in Economics and Management in Business (2012) and a BA in Management (2011) from Voronezh State Academy of Forest and Technologies, Russia. She also holds a CAP Certificate (Certified Accountant Practitioner, 2016) and a Certificate of Competency in Appraisement of Real Estate Property, Movable Property and Business Enterprises (2018).
