Ms. Enkhzul Dambajantsan is the COO of the Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE). She started working for MSE in 2011 and prior to her current role held various managerial positions such as the Head of the Market Development Department, CFO and Deputy. At the MSE she played a leading role in the implementation of the Capital Markets Development Project implemented in partnership with the London Stock Exchange and introduced reformative changes to the capital markets including the revision of the Securities Markets Law, market rules and regulations, and technology and infrastructure reforms that shape the Mongolian securities market today. Previously, she worked as a lecturer in Finance at the University of Humanities in Mongolia, as a research assistant at the University of Oxford in the UK and as a team member in several UNDP projects. She is also a member of an Advisory Group of the UN Sustainable Stock Exchanges Initiative. Ms. Dambajantsan holds a Master of Finance from the University of Melbourne, Australia (2017), anMSc in Education (Higher Education) from the University of Oxford, UK (2010) and a BSc in Finance from the University of Humanities in Mongolia. She is also an alumna of Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Women’s Leadership Program. Ms.Dambajantsan is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)charter holder and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
