Enkhzul Dambajantsan is the SDG Finance Policy Specialist at the UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub and provides technical advisory to countries developing Integrated National Financing Frameworks (INFF) and sustainable finance taxonomies. She has over 15 years of experience in finance and capital markets.
She previously worked as the SDG Finance Expert and UN Joint Programme Coordinator at UNDP Mongolia CO where she led the development of INFF financing strategy, SDG finance taxonomy and ESG standards introduction at the national development bank and the stock exchange.
She worked as the Chief Operating Officer of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, successfully leading the market reform in partnership with the London Stock Exchange, including the revision of the Securities Markets Law, market regulations, and technology and infrastructure reform that shapes Mongolian securities market today.
Enkhzul holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Oxford, UK.
She is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
