Mr. Sohib Ikramov is a serial entrepreneur, innovator and leader. He is the Founder and CEO of Simplex, Tajikistan’s leading translation and event management company, as well as a co-founder and CEO of a startup company, TezUsto, an online service connecting local professionals. He also serves as a consultant to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan on private sector development in the National Digital Economy Strategy. Previously, from 2014-2016, Mr. Ikramov served as the CEO of Wilmington Capital Management at Nurafzo Diagnostic Center, the largest privately owned company providing healthcare services in Tajikistan. From 2008-2014 he was a Business Development Manager at Jinfeng Tajikistan International Mining Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group. Mr. Ikramov holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University, Nebraska (2007) and a BA in International Economic Relations from Technological University of Tajikistan (2004). He also successfully completed a certificate program on Entrepreneurship Essentials at Harvard Business School Online (2019) and Stanford Embark Online Platform for Entrepreneurs at Stanford Graduate School of Business (2019).
