Mr. Irmuun Demberel is an Economic Adviser to the Prime Minister of Mongolia. Previously, from 2016-2020, he served as a Vice President of the Mongolian Economic Cooperation Confederation, an organization that helps Mongolian businesses attract foreign investments; from 2014-2016 as a Deputy Director General of InvestMongolia Agency; from 2010-2014 as a Senior Program Officer at the United Nations China; and from 2006-2010 as a Development Financier at the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia. Mr. Demberel also initiated the Northeast Asia Development Bank Association under the UN in China, founded the Mongol Opportunity Entrepreneurs Club in Beijing and co-founded and was a creator of a social-economic TV talk show, 2030, on MN25 TV Channel. He is an author of over 50 professional articles and essays published in Mongolian and international media. Mr. Demberel holds an MBA in Project and Process Management from a joint program of the University of Salzburg, Austria and the University of Toronto, Canada (2006) and a BBA in Production Operation Management from the School of Computer Science and Management, University of Science and Technology, Mongolia (2003).
