Mr. Ali Hajizade is the Founder and CEO of Hajizade Group LLC, a strategic communications and public relations company that he established in 2012. The company also specializes in social media marketing and advising the media and media outlet owners on efficient development. In 2022, against the backdrop of the global surge of disinformation related to the Coronavirus Pandemic and the war in Ukraine, Mr. Hajizade founded a U.S.-based startup, Tarand Inc., an industry-first solution in the field of human-focused information security. The goal of this startup is to increase information security literacy by training people and organizations to identify and combat disinformation, propaganda, information attacks and manipulation attempts through fully automated and affordable online training. Mr. Hajizade is also a Middle East analyst engaged in researching information wars, manipulation and disinformation campaigns in the Greater Middle East and the post-Soviet states. He has contributed to and been quoted in such international media outlets as Al Arabiya, The Wall Street Journal, The Times, TRT World, Middle East Eye and others. Mr. Hajizade holds a BA in Theory and History of Fine Arts from the Azerbaijan State Academy of Fine Arts (2005).
