Ms. Tatyana Bystrushkina is the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Uzbekistan, where she closely works with business leaders representing over 100 corporations, the government of Uzbekistan and international organizations in the sphere of policy advising and development. At AmCham she supports private sector development through policy advising, lobbying and networking; developed and implemented public-private partnership projects, and promoted trade and regulatory reforms and a business-enabling environment in order to improve Uzbekistan’s global competitiveness and to attract FDIs. Ms. Bystrushkina holds an MSc in Sustainable Development and Economics with the strong emphasis on policy development in energy and environment from the University of St. Andrews, UK (2018), an MA in International Business from the Westminster International University in Tashkent (2016) and a BA in Philology from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages (2002).
