Fayoz Rizvonov


Mr. Fayoz Rizvonov is the Founder and CEO of Trigma.AI, a tech start-up innovating AI driven commercial optimization platform, that is driving transformation in large organizations through the application of AI/ML and Data Science. Trigma.AI has established a resource hub in Tajikistan to nurture talent in data science, data engineering, cloud infrastructure and software development. Prior to founding Trigma.AI, from 2018-2022, Mr. Rizvonov worked as a Global Customer Analytics Lead and Global Commercial Data Science Director at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the UK. At GSK he led major programs of digital transformation and transition of organizations to a new area of cloud engineering and cloud computing environment with focus on deploying AI/ML solutions to accelerate commercial optimization of resources and drug discovery. From 2017-2018, he worked as Advanced Analytics Director at Publicis Media where he partnered with such multinational clients as P&G, Coca Cola, Etihad and others to innovate new organizational structures through data and analytics. Since 2012, Mr. Rizvonov has been Tajikistan’s country representative of GO Help Charity and has been instrumental in fundraising and purchasing ambulances for more than 15 hospitals in Tajikistan. Mr. Rizvonov holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Manchester, UK (2011) and a B.Sc. in Economics and Mathematics from Tajik National University (2008).
