Mr. Kakajan Berdiyev is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Maslahatçylar HJ, a management consulting company based in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan which works with leaders of both private and public sector companies and organizations to help them overcome challenges and capture opportunities. Mr. Berdiyev is also a Partner and Country Director of Damson Group, the world’s largest Blue Ocean Strategy consulting company with the highest number of senior and acclaimed Blue Ocean Strategy consultants from around the world. Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Berdiyev worked for almost 15 years for various local and international companies in mid and senior level management positions preparing and implementing financial and management strategies. Mr. Berdiyev holds a BA in Economics and Administrative Law from International Turkmen Turkish University in Ashgabat (2006).
