Mohibullah Noori

Mr. Mohibullah Noori, is the Founder and President of Fajristan-Heart of Asia Nations Integration Movement (HANIM) and has devoted his life to advocating for regional integration in the Fajristan Region, encompassing Afghanistan, Central Asia, the Caucasus, Mongolia, Turkey, Pakistan and Iran. Mr. Noori has authored several books on the Fajristan model of regional integration, including "Fajristan Civilizational Region" (2006) and "Fajristan Nations Regional Integration Movement" (2011). Besides HANIM he has also established numerous organizations, including the Afghanistan Youth Cultural Association, Takharistan Radio and the Fajristan Institute of Higher Education. Mr. Noori has also proposed and launched several initiatives like the "Global Organization to Support Regional Integration,“ “Fajristan Regional Integration Parliament“ and the "Integration Caravan of Border Towns" program to promote cross-border trade and cooperation. Before fleeing after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan, Mr. Noori held high-level positions in the Afghanistan Government such as the Chairman of the Reintegration Commission at the High Council for National Reconciliation (2020-2021), Legal Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer of Afghanistan (2019-2020) and Director of Policy at the National Security Council (2017-2019). Mr. Noori holds an MA in Political Science, Public Administration and International Relations from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India (2009) and a BA in Law and Political Science from Kabul University (2006). He also has a Diploma from the NATO Regional Cooperation Course at NATO Defense College, Rome, (2015) and a Diploma in International Relations, International Law and Human Rights from Abeda Inamdar College, Pune, India (2011).
