Mr. Firdavs Mirzoev is one of the co-founders of Alif, a fintech company that was established in Tajikistan in 2014, which currently has operations in Tajikistan (as a full-fledged bank) and Uzbekistan (as a BNPL service provider and payment organization). The legal structure of most of Alif's digital financial products, first introduced to the market in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, was developed under Mr. Mirzoev’s leadership. Currently, he and the other co-founders of Alif are working on expanding into new countries. Mr. Mirzoev is also a co-founder of Nazrisho & Mirzoev law firm and was its Managing Partner for eight years. Nazrisho & Mirzoev law firm is one of the most reputable law firms in Tajikistan and offers legal services to international financial institutions and multinational companies investing in various sectors of Tajikistan’s economy, as well as to embassies of foreign countries on different aspects of Tajik law. Mr. Mirzoev is the Honorary Legal Adviser to the British Ambassador to Tajikistan and is a CEDR Accredited Mediator. Mr. Mirzoev holds an LLM from the Saint Louis University School of Law (2011) and a diploma in law with honors from the Tajik State National University School of Law (2007).
