Ms. Eka Grigalava is a Deputy Director for Environment and Social Affairs at Clean Energy Group Georgia. From 2015 to 2017 she served as a Deputy Minister of Environment and Natural Resources Protection of Georgia. Prior to joining the public sector, she worked in the energy industry, first as NGO and Community Affairs Coordinator at BP Georgia, managing some of the company’s key CSR project, and then as a Stakeholder Manager for the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) in Zug, Switzerland. There she was responsible for managing the project’s stakeholder relations in three host countries: Greece, Albania and Italy. Ms. Grigalava has also worked on an expansion project of the SCP natural gas pipeline as Sustainability Manager at Saipem-Azfen JV. She has extensive experience in corporate social responsibility, social compliance, project management and stakeholder relations. Before working in the private sector, Ms. Grigalava coordinated civic and gender programs at the Tbilisi office of the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs. Ms. Grigalava holds an MA in Public Administration from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (2001) and a BA in Public Administration from Georgian Technical University (2000).
