Ms. Nargiz Nasrullayeva-Muduroglu is an Adviser to the Executive Director of the National Oil Fund of Azerbaijan. Previously, she worked as Director of Business Operations and as Chief Operations Officer at Landmark Business Center, the leading office and hotel complex in Baku. From 2004 to 2015, she served as the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan, the largest international business association in the country. Ms. Nasrullayeva-Muduroglu started her career in the Baku Branch of HSBC Bank Middle East in February 1997 as a Customer Service Representative, moving on to the Trade Finance and Loans Department in 2000. From 2001 to 2004, she served as a Center Manager at the Regus Business Center Trading Ltd. in Baku. Ms. Nasrullayeva-Muduroglu holds an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University (2016), and a BA in Legal Regulation of Economy from Western University in Baku (2000).
