Mr. Samir Mammadov is a Chief Sales Officer at Nar Mobile in Azerbaijan, where he began working in 2012 as Head of Business Development and Future Labs and soon was promoted to senior executive positions. Previously he served as Country Director for Azerbaijan for Save the Children, an international non-governmental organization that promotes children's rights, provides relief, and helps support children in developing countries. He was the youngest National Director out of all 124 countries where Save the Children has offices, and actively supported advocacy activities across the South Caucasus and Central Asia. Mr. Mammadov is an active member of civil society and the business community in Azerbaijan. Mr. Mammadov holds an MA in Linguistics and Education from Lancaster University, UK (2006) and a BA in International Economics from Kvemo-Kartli Institute of the State Agricultural University of Georgia (2000).
