Ambassador Levan Dolidze is the Director of the Georgian Center for Security and Development. Prior to his current position, he served as the Ambassador of Georgia to NATO and the First Deputy Defense Minister of Georgia. In his position as First Deputy Defense Minister, he coordinated the defense transformation process and supervised policy and planning, international relations and Euro-Atlantic integration. Ambassador Dolidze is a former Executive Director of the Levan Mikeladze Foundation. His experience also includes supervising the implementation of projects in the field of democracy and development, as well as effectively implementing international legal principles at the domestic level and their further application in practice by national and international stakeholders. From 2006 to 2008, he served as a senior Georgian diplomat (Consul) in Switzerland. Ambassador Dolidze holds a Degree in Law (LLM equivalent) from Tbilisi State University (2002) and an MA in International and European Security from Geneva University/the Geneva Center for Security Policy (2009).
