Mr. Aman Tentiyev is the Founder and Managing Partner at the IT Investment Company “The Farm” and the Investment Group “Avanta Capital,” working on various projects in Central Asia and the Caucasus. In addition, he is a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Kambarata-1 Hydroelectric Power Plant” and a member of a working group promoting the “Digital Country” concept in Kyrgyzstan. Mr. Tentiyev has more than 20 years of experience in corporate governance and crisis management. From 1994 to 2006 he worked in large international accounting firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, where he audited as well as consulted banks, financial institutions, FMCG companies, oil and gas companies, telecommunication companies and others. Mr. Tentiyev is the co-author of numerous laws reforming and implementing the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) in the Kyrgyz Republic. Mr. Tentiyev holds a BA in Banking from Kyrgyz National State University (1998).
