Ms. Eliza Asilbek is an entrepreneur and an expert in human recourses management. She is the Founder of Human Capital LLC, a regional consultancy and recruitment agency, and the Founder of Bishkek Business School, a leading institution providing business training and coaching in the country. Ms. Asilbek is also the owner of Tanoreen meat restaurant in Bishkek and a Thai SPA house Siam Massage. She also runs several pro bono activities including Association of Woman Entrepreneurs Kurak and women’s volleyball league Dilgir. Ms. Asilbek holds an MA in Public Administration from Lomonosov State University of Moscow (2010), a diploma in Crisis Management from the Folke Bernadotte Academy in Sweden (2007) and a BA in Education Management from Arabaev Kyrgyz State University (2000).
