2017 CAMCA Regional Forum

The 2017 CAMCA Regional Forum in Dushanbe, Tajikistan brought together over 100 international participants to discuss issues and trends central to the region.

Key Forum Events

Main Forum events included plenary sessions, roundtables, keynote interviews, a regional business showcase, breakout sessions and more. Beyond the formal sessions, the Forum provided opportunities for guests to further network throughout receptions and dinners highlighting the unique culture and cuisine of Tajikistan.

Forum sessions included: Keynote Welcoming Address from the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Davlatali Said; Interview with Ambassador Bilhari Kausikan; Address by Mr. Salim Hatloni; Address on “Afghanistan's Security and its Implications for the CAMCA Region: ISIS in Afghanistan, Delusion or Reality?” by Mr. Amrullah Saleh; Closing Remarks from Director Khudoberdi Kholiqnazar and U.S. Ambassador Elisabeth Millard; and much more.
